Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to the countries offered at checkout. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD. Delivery addresses are collected securely at checkout and used only to fulfil your order.

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order. Orders over $75 ship free. Maker members get free shipping over the order threshold; Workshop members get free shipping on every order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees; peak periods may add time.

We ship via established parcel carriers. Once your order leaves our fulfilment partner, we email a tracking link so you can follow delivery. If tracking has not updated after a few days, contact us.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility. Any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment.

If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, contact support@jmbjoinery.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See the Refund & Return Policy.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address; contact us quickly if you spot an error so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
